On Saturday, 18 June 2016, at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Belgrade, the 48th Assembly of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia was held, presided over by the Most Worshipful Grand Master, Bro. Ranko Vujačić.
At the Assembly, in a harmonious and fraternal atmosphere, the following were unanimously adopted: the annual report of the Most Worshipful Grand Master on the work in the Masonic year 2015/16, the report on financial operations, the proposed budget for the coming year 2016/17, the report of the Court of Honour, as well as decisions concerning amendments to the Constitution of the RGLS, the Statute, the Judicial Procedure and other acts of the RGLS.
Although this year the Assembly of the RGLS did not have an international character, it was attended by 16 foreign delegations — the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, the United Grand Lodges of Germany, the Grand Lodge of Austria, the Grand Orient of Italy, the Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia, the Grand Lodge Alpina of Switzerland, the Grand Lodge of Turkey, the National Grand Lodge of France, the Grand Lodge of India, the United Grand Lodge of Bulgaria, the Grand Lodge of Estonia, the Grand Lodge of Slovenia, the Grand Lodge of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Grand Lodge of Macedonia, the Grand Lodge of Montenegro and the Grand Lodge of Slovakia. The Assembly was also attended by Bro. Thomas Jackson, president of the World Conference of Regular Grand Lodges.
