At the invitation of the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Estonia, Bro. Anti Oidsalu, the Grand Master of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia, Bro. Ranko Vujačić, visited Tallinn, Estonia, from 1 to 3 May, for the annual assembly of the GL of Estonia and the re-installation of their Grand Master and new team of officers.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the following Grand Lodges: the Grand Lodge of Andorra (Grand Master Bro. Antoni d’Ortadó), the Grand Lodge of Austria (Grand Secretary for International Relations Bro. Josef Hollos), the Grand Lodge of Denmark (Grand Master Bro. Walter Schwartz), the Grand Lodge of Finland (Grand Master Bro. Juhani Vuori), the National Grand Lodge of France (Assistant Grand Master Bro. Jean-Pierre Rollet), the United Grand Lodges of Germany (Grand Master Bro. Rüdiger Templin), the National Grand Lodge of Greece (former Grand Master Bro. Dimitris Mamas), the Regular Grand Lodge of Italy (Grand Master Bro. Fabio Venzi), the Grand Lodge of Latvia (Grand Master Bro. Janis Gaigals), the Grand Lodge of Lithuania (former Grand Master Vytautas Pleckaitis), the Grand Lodge of Luxembourg (representative of the Grand Master Bro. Carlo Kieffer), the Grand Lodge of Norway (Grand Master Bro. Ragnar Tollefsen), the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia (Grand Master Bro. Ranko Vujačić) and the Grand Lodge of Sweden (Grand Master Bro. Anders Strömberg).
This event was a very fine opportunity for renewing and strengthening contacts, and in some cases establishing new ones. On the margins of the ceremony in Tallinn, the Grand Master of the RGLS had the opportunity to talk with the representative of Germany about the Masonic Academy of the RGLS, the European Conference of Grand Masters (ECGM) in Belgrade, as well as preparations for the World Conference in San Francisco in November of this year. Meetings with the representatives of Norway, Sweden and Austria also followed.
The stay of the Grand Master of the RGLS in Estonia contributed to the further deepening of the fraternal relations between our Grand Lodges and served to arrange numerous future joint activities, both with the GL of Estonia and with the other Grand Lodges whose representatives were in Tallinn.
