In Belgrade, on 7 June, the 45th Annual Assembly of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia was held. This year the Assembly of the RGLS had a special significance, in view of the celebration of 95 years of Freemasonry in Serbia. The Assembly was attended by representatives of over 20 Grand Lodges from around the world, and particularly notable was the visit of the Grand Chancellor of the United Grand Lodge of England, one of the highest representatives of the so-called “Mother Lodge” and one of the closest associates of the Grand Master of the UGLE — the Duke of Kent.
