On Monday, 1 June 2015, the “MASONIC ACADEMY” of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia was ceremonially opened at the Central Temple of the RGLS. This Academy has as its aim the further development of our Brethren and a deeper study of the values of Freemasonry. Bro. D.R. was elected dean of the Academy.
In addition to the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the RGLS, Bro. Ranko Vujačić, the Masonic Academy was ceremonially opened by Very Worshipful Bro. Thomas W. Jackson, who was proclaimed honorary dean of the Academy, as well as by the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the United Grand Lodges of Germany, Bro. Rüdiger Templin, who also delivered a lecture on the theme “Freemasons in civil society and their responsibility in the 21st century”.
