On Saturday, 22 February 2020, a magnificent gathering of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia (RGLS) was held at Belgrade’s Crowne Plaza hotel on the occasion of the reception of 150 seekers from irregular and unrecognized organizations.
After several months of preparation, a group reception was held for the seekers who had expressed the wish and demonstrated the capacity to continue their Masonic work within regular and internationally recognized frameworks, under the protection of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia.
By this act, the RGLS once again demonstrated its full jurisdiction over the territory of the Republic of Serbia and showed its openness and its desire to extend the true fraternal chain, whereby the membership of the RGLS grew to more than 1,650 people.
Numerous new applications from irregular and unrecognized seekers for reception and membership in the ranks of the RGLS already exist, so that a new cycle of regularization and expansion of the fraternal chain may be expected in the period ahead.
